• Normal: 3.25w × 5.75l × 1.25h / each square is 2.5w x 2.75 l
• Mini: 2.75w x 5.25l x 1 h / each square is 2.25 w 2.25 l
Buggy Bowls are 3D printed! Our bowls were designed and built by us, so they are entirely unique and customized to your animals! We have put a lot of love and care into creating every bowl and perfecting our machines to perform optimally. Kindly note, due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be some very fine lines in patterns when the print is complete. You may also see color variations when using multi color filament depending on where the print starts!
Our bowls are designed and built by us! Buggy Bowl features:
• They have a low profile which makes them MBD friendly!
• The have a lip that prevents bugs for escaping. Kindly note, while most bugs do not escape, due to these being unpredictable live insects, we cannot guarantee every insect will stay in the bowl. Extremely large bugs and large crickets that jump unfortunately sometimes escape.
• Double bowls separate salads and insects this prevents hiding underneath the salads!

We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. Handmade products differ slightly due to being handmade and having that human elemnt.

Restock times vary! While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of our providers. You can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold out product to be the first to know when it would be restocked!
ABSOLUTELY! All our animals are treated as family! They are raised in great husbandry and they are carefully inspected by us and a veterinarian before they are bred! We do not breed unethical pairings, so that you can have a strong and healthy animal. We ensure that our reptile count is at a manageable number for us! This ensure that our animals have the best living conditions! Our animals are provided enrichment, time outside when weather permits, time outside of enclosures, multiple weekly soaks, clean enclosures, daily salads, variety of insects, a calcium schedule, light checks using a temp gun and solar meter. We also make sure to handle our reptiles to ensure they have good temperaments. Kindly note, even with consistent handling sessions some animals may have ‘not-so-nice’ temperaments than others. We will be sure to disclose this!
The short answer is EVERYTHING! We believe in being as honest and as transparent as we possibly can! We will disclose anything wrong with the animal (nips, bites, missing nails ect.) and we will describe the color, genetics, and personality of the animal to the best of our abilities!

Yes, we offer a happiness AND health guarantee with your live animals. Refunds/store credits will be issued to you AFTER we receive the animal.

Shipping cost: • Product orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price is displayed at checkout. • Shipping is included in the price of our animals! Kindly note, due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.

Blackthorn Dragons, LLC ships products through standard letter mail with United States Postal Service. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout! We ship live animals through Reptiles2You. Every shipment option will be an overnight delivery that we confirm with you! We can ship directly to your home or to the nearest FEDEX hub for your convenience. Please visit our shipping policy to learn more.
It depends! If you want a specific print done, no we do not take custom orders. However, if you would like to order something in bulk please reach out to us about discounts! We are happy to work with you!
It’s as easy as placing as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order – you can do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for your Blackthorn Dragons goods - we will ship your package within 4-7 business days.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15-20 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through United States Postal Service. If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact us to verify your email address.
If you have a Blackthorn Dragons account, you can log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime you wish with the same email address used to place the order. With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
Already have an account? First, log into your Blackthorn account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Don't have an account? No worries! You can use the same email address that you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day.
Products: YES! We have a 30-day return policy so long as the item is in original packaging and conditioning. All shipping costs will be provided by you and are non-refundable.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged • For exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange. • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items. • When item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.

We are SO happy you asked! Blackthorn Dragons was created by Tifani and Whitney, and it all began being childhood best friends! You can read more about our story under the about page of our website!
We are based out of Dallas, TX. However, we currently have 2 locations: Dallas, TX and San Angelo, TX. This is due to Tifani’s military requirements.
At this time, our location is reserved for production and fulfillment of online orders at this time. We do have plans to open up to the public to do walk throughs of our animals in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when we open!
